I do my Morning Pages every day and it makes such a huge difference, though I can't always even articulate why. I journal on top of that, usually once more at night, and ditto. I took some time off last year, a few months, which only served to convince me that I need pages and journaling for my mental health, if not my heart and soul.

I have been keeping a 5-year-diary for 17 years now! I do it before bed, and often forget and have to do 2-5 entries all at once! It's sort of a pain but I love having a daily record of my life and it's short enough that it doesn't feel too burdensome. I do so much other writing that I don't think I need anything else. But I love that I have my journals from high school and college and into my 20s. I never read them but it feels good to have that archive!
